The invite link will redirect you to this page where you’ll create a new Discord account.

If you have a Discord account, no need to create another. Click on “Already have an account?” instead.
You will be prompted to login with your email/phone number and password to proceed to our server. Skip down to the next section. 

If you have an account and are already logged in, you will see this page instead.
Then simply click [Accept Invite] and proceed to our server.

When creating your new Discord account:
– choose a unique username (your username is case-sensitive but can be updated later under user settings.)
– read then agree to Discord’s ToS and Privacy Policy
– Click [Continue]
Before your account gets created, you will first need to complete a captcha to verify you are human (the Discord creation verification).

Discord may require additional verification, such as an email and/or mobile number. After entering your email and setting a password, you should immediately receive an email from {noreply@discord.com} to verify your email address.
Then verify you are human, again (the Discord email verification).

Click [Continue to Discord] will bring you to our verification channel, where, you guessed it! you must verify you are human (the server verification).  Noticing the theme? 😉  

ps: You can now explore the Discord app on your newly created account.

Okay, let’s get you inside the #tavern!

Here are some requirements you may encounter before Discord grants you immediate access to our server:
1.  The “Enter your birthday” popup
2. The “You must complete a few more steps before you can start talking in this server” banner.
After you click [Complete] it will bring up…
3. The “Read and Agree to Server Rules” screener

Once you get past all the above, you will have made it into our server!
However, the only channel you will see at this point is #limbo-verify. The helpful instruction from the channel header states: “You must complete verification here first! in order to unlock the rest of the server”
Mika the bot (named after the founder’s doggo) will ask you to enter a command to prove you are human.

Simply type that command into the message field and hit enter (or click on that blue arrow).

This completes the last verification you will encounter for a while and the server is now unlocked!

Hey, do you recall rule #4 from that screener popup earlier?  Ok fine, I’ll remind you:
4. You are agreeing to read the actual rules after you enter the server.
We encourage you to checkout the #rules-roles channel where you’ll find not only the Server’s Rules & Guidelines, but also a Roles Directory, a Channels Directory, and tips on how to use the Role Assignment feature.

So what was your favourite rule? kidding 🙂

Just know that by obtaining a new role, associated channels will appear on the left navigation bar.

You can self-assign or un-assign to these roles anytime you want.
