Marma J Foundation is spreading love and working for social good while using Web3 technology. So what better way to do that than hosting the upcoming Hackathon in January 2023?

First, let’s talk about MARMA J CON! MARMA J CON is the Marma J Foundation’s first-annual Conference and Hackathon happening from January 7-12, 2023 in Antigua.

MARMA J CON offers the possibility to meet possible new partners, learn about Web3, and introduce your project or idea to an audience of Web3 experts. Don’t miss this chance!

Don’t let the word “hack” fool you- even if you are not a developer or technical hacker, you are invited to participate in the MARMA J CON Hackathon! In this post, we’re covering how the Hackathon works, how you can participate, and what you can work on.

Firstly, What Is Hacking?

In common language, hacking can have two meanings- It can describe the act of compromising technical devices or digital networks through unauthorized access to the system. This is not what we will be doing.

The second meaning sounds way better: finding solutions for a technical problem by using or creating new technology, used in the tech and IT business.

And then there is the hacking as we see it: discovering a problem and finding a solution – of technical or non-technical nature.

So, Are You A Hacker? Yes, You Are!

Education and empowering humans are a big part of the Marma J DAO activities. We have been actively onboarding and educating humans who are new to the world of crypto and our global community has been growing ever since.

Therefore we invite you to join, even if you don’t have a developer or IT background. Because hacking does not always require technical knowledge. At MARMA J CON, everyone is a hacker. This Hackathon welcomes computer programmers, graphic designers, project managers, interface designers, and more.

In order to support as many participants as possible, we created different categories and challenges to hack on, as well as bounties that are non-technical. If you are aware of a problem and want actively to find a solution, you have all that it needs to become a hacker!

Here Is Everything You Need To Know About How To Participate!
